Ritter&Stark - Ritter and Stark's new modular tactical rifle SX-1 is a marvel of engineering and it was designed to let operators customize the rifle to fit the following three calibers: .308 Win, .300 Win Magnum and .338 Lapua Magnum.

With the SX-1 MTR operators can use various aftermarket magazines and drop-in upgrades with the AR15/M16/M4 pistol grips and butt-stocks that fit to the original Ritter&Stark butt-stock folding mechanism.

The Ritter & Stark experienced team has built a very precise rifle, comfortable to use and so reliable that you can  rely on the rifle performance 100% and concentrate on the shot itself. Every single rifle is proof-shot tested for safety and accuracy  in our state of the art shooting range.

Adjustable Cheekpiece keeps your eye easily aligned with the scope.

Adjustable Folding Buttstock fits an original R&S length adjustable folding stock or drop-in pistol grip AR15/M16/M4 compatible buttstocks. Folding to the right over the bolt.

Trigger is a Remington® 700 compatible trigger.

3-Position Safety
FIRING position - rifle is ready to fire
SAFE position - rifle is cocked, firing pin is blocked, bolt can be operated
TRANSPORTATION position - rifle is cocked, firing pin is blocked, bolt is blocked

Magazines are compatible with 5/10 round aftermarket magazines.

INTERCHANGEABLE MAGAZINE WELL.
The magazine well, designed specifically for the SX-1 MTR receiver, allows the operator to utilize 5/10 rounds AI magazines, SR25 and AR10 magazines.

Patented Caliber Conversion System allows changing the barrel without any special skills and can be done in the field conditions using a simple Allen wrench within minutes. The stock-receiver is machined from an aluminum billet designed to ensure exact positioning of the barrel.

Scope Mount on the barrel is MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail mount and is positioned directly on the barrel - this design allows you to change barrels with pre-zeroed scopes.

Locking inside the barrel - to achieve outstanding accuracy the bolt is locked into the barrel breach.

Quadrail Forend System is a 13“ or 16“ Quadrail forend with MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails may be also supplied with KeyMod™ or M-LOK™ modular accessories mounting interfaces.

Steel Parts treatment is done by Nitrocarburising which increases surface hardness and enhances core strength, steel parts obtain improved wear and corrosion resistance.

Barrels are free floating, match grade barrels.

High efficiency muzzle brake fitted to the M18x1 muzzle thread. Other muzzle threads available upon request.
